About Me
I started my career by training to be an AMI Montessori Directress, and spent several years teaching young children in nurseries. It was after having my first child that I realised the true challenges of being sleep deprived and the lack of support provided to get through it. This began my interest in sleep training and how to create the optimal daytime/evening routines for infants - leading me to obtain Level 3 OCN qualifications in:
